Overview

Liver cirrhosis and cancer are developed over several years and causes 25-40,000 death in the US but 75 million death annually according to WHO.  4 million known cases of hepatitis C in the US, yet our society continues to encourage alcohol use for economic growth for both the alcohol and the medical business. Other chronic liver diseases that have no treatments include α1-antitrypsin deficiency, cryptogenic hepatitis, primary sclerosing cholangitis and biliary cirrhosis. Our healthcare system does not prevent liver disease except to welcome costly treatments for economic growth. We will seek to develop 2 annual phyto remedies: 1 for PREVENTION and 1 for REBUILDING OF LIVER HEALTH for persons with drinking problem or with previous liver diseases. We project that if preventive treatment is available, the chances for deadly diseases such as Chronic Cirrhosis and Liver Cancer will be lowered at least 50%.

What we will develop for Liver Disease

The advantage of Phytomedicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Liver Disease is uniquely beneficial: Phyto ingredients can easily penetrate the liver whereas synthetic drugs are often rejected by the liver therefore doctors must use steroid, antibiotics and chemo/radiation or surgery that will leave the patient with a limited life thereafter.
